Lynette Cheng is a post-graduate student of the Master of Research in the Faculty of Arts at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Her research focuses on critical multimodal literacy in early childhood education. As an early childhood teacher, she is an advocate for critical curriculum. She was a former recipient of the Early Childhood Award from the KU Children’s Services, Australia. If she isn’t spending time in her research study, you can almost always find her experimenting with safe ingredients to curate authentic art and craft materials for her students. She is also an avid artist!
